- Free direct shuttle service from the Madrid airport to the hotel. Shuttle service is also available from the hotel to the airport, at cost of 800 pesetas per person. The ride normally takes about 40 minutes. When reserving, please ask for timetable.
- There is a individual safety box in each guest room for the protection of your valuables.
- You can exchange at the reception desk in the hotel.

- Popular newspapers are available at the reception desk each day, beginning in the early morning hours.

- Laundry Services available. Items collected by 10:00 a.m. will be returned after 4:00 p.m. the following day.
- A mini-bar service is provided in all of the hotel's guest rooms.
